Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with any item from your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a refund (you can choose this option on the returns form). Please note that returns must be delivered to us within this timeframe.

Returns and Home Pickup

We are pleased to offer a returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that comply with our returns policy. A pre-paid return label is included in every package we ship.

Exchanges 

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you place a new order for any item you wish to exchange and request a refund for your returned items, as the items you want may be sold out by the time we receive your returns. We cannot hold items and cannot guarantee their availability before we receive your return.

Return Conditions

Items must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of wear, with all original packaging, garment tags, and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers in which products are sold are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged due to wear, alteration, or improper washing (please refer to washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying on items, please ensure they do not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals, and make sure to try on shoes on a clean, soft surface.

Fees

The cost of delivering the return package will be deducted from the refund amount, and this price may vary depending on the weight, size, and country of the returned package.

 

Notes

Please note that for international orders, gift packaging, shipping costs, and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

Violations of our return policy or repeated returns or cancellations will be reported and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or rejection of future orders.
