Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item in your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date (subject to the conditions below) for a refund (you can choose this on the returns form). Please note that returns must be delivered to us within this timeframe. A replacement fee of 75 EGP will be charged.

Returns and Home Pickup

We are pleased to offer a returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that comply with our return policy. A pre-paid return label is included in every package we ship.

Exchanges

To avoid disappointment, we advise you to place a new order for any item you wish to exchange and request a refund for your returns, as the items you want may be sold out by the time it takes for us to receive your returns. We cannot hold items and cannot guarantee their availability before receiving your returned item.

Return Conditions

Items must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of wear, with all original packaging, garment tags, and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers in which products are sold are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, alteration, or improper washing (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying on items, please ensure they do not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals, and make sure to try on shoes on a clean, soft surface.

Fees

The cost of delivering the return package will be deducted from the refund amount, and this price may vary depending on the weight, size, and country of the returned package.
